Wolverine: Issue # 31

Sitting at the Princess bar with Archie, Patch can smell an armed gang standing behind him. One of the gangster ask if he is Patch or sometimes known as "Ro-gan". Logan has to laugh as "RO" means old age and "GAN" can mean cancer. Put it together and that can mean DEATH!! Patch takes on the entire gang. he decides to cut the structural pillar to bring down the building. A gunman gets lucky and peppers Patch in the back.

Outside the leaders of the gang takes the drug. Standing with their backs to Logan, the combine tatoos shows the Dragon Ryu. The first two impales themselves to Patch's claw while the leader tries to cut down patch with his sword. At the docks the ring-leader decides to blow each other apart with grenades. He hurls himself into the water and the sharks

Meanwhile Archie slips away through the backdoor and is confronted by Goro and Reiko-chan. Goro mentions that only a blade wielded by a dead man can kill him. He decides to let Archie go.

Also at the palace the prince shows the extraction of spider monkey brain fluids that will not only cure cancer but also prolong life.

Wolverine: Issue # 32

Logan is having nightmares after the battle with the gang leaders. He wakes up in hightown in Tyger Tiger's penthouse. Archie and Tyger leave as another par of assassins arrive to take on Patch. Already at the weaken state Logan doesn't stand a chance. Logan goes into a dream state and see's Jean Grey. She helps heal him and Logan gains consiousness as Tyger and Archie arrive. Archie notices the Yakuza sword, Logan decides it payback time

Arriving at the warehouse he sees a montain of dead monkeys. They have extracted the brain liquid to produce the new drug Thunderbolt. A native tells Logan they went to Japan.

In the central highlands of Madripoor, The Prince sends in a group to capture wild spidermonkeys. They send a rocket with gas grenades to knock out the monkeys.

Tyger Tiger attempts to get the seemingly dead body of Logan pass the customs officers. It was a tradition fo the Yakuza to show respect for their enemies, he wanted Logan buried in his personal spot. Two guards takes the coffin from Tyger. They order Tyger to get out. Tyger and Corrigan depart to Kobe where they can land without any problems.

At the cemetary, logan is buried. Logan wakes up and realizes he was burried in a coffin. He claws his way thru to the top. Logan treks down to Dai-Kumo's mansion.

At Dai-Kumo's mansion he introduces the new drug call Thunderbolt to a wolf. The wolf takes care of 3 hungry tigers and shreds them to pieces. Logan breaks into the palace. The wolf meets logan but chooses not to attack Logan. Logan meets goro (he already took the Thunderbolt drug) and disables him by cutting his knees. Goro wants Logan to kill him but Logan decides not to.

Tiger and Corrigan then bursts in, but the fight was already over. All three leaves back for Madripoor.

Wolverine: Issue # 34

Title: The Hunter in Darkness Story: 1 / 1

Logan meets two Candadian mounties, who were looking for a man named Ike. He had escaped his trial, killed a whole family and kidnapped a girl. Logan joins the two mounties (Doolin and Morris) to track him down. They get ambushed by Ike as he kills Morris using a high powered rifle. The jeep crashes and logan and Doolin barely got out of the way.

Logan puts on his wolverine outfit and goes hunting for Ike in the dark. Logan gets attacked by the Hunter in Darkness. Doolin trying to help out does something foolish. he shines his flashlight toward the Hunter, thus letting Ike see where Doolin was and Ike easily shoot him. Logan is caught offguard and the hunter bits him. The hunter recalls he has meet logan before, Logan had set him free from a trap when Logan was in the Weapon X project. The hunter leaves to find another prey. The little girl escapes and finds Logan. Ike uses his lighter to find his rifle and instead finds the Hunter. The hunter kills him.

Wolverine: Issue # 35

Logan ends up in Vancouver, British Columbia and meets Judd (Alpha flight: Puck), the temporary bouncer of the Gastown Bar. The regular bouncer, Bambi Bolinkey, has a multiple fractures of her right arm.

In Obaka, Japan, Lady Deathstrike is investigating the breakout of a clawed person (believes its wolverine) from a stainless steel tank. Unfortunately for two policemen who get in her way. She teleports back using the help of gateway and reports back to Pierce.

Lady Deathstrike then finds Tyger in Hightown, Madripoor to found out where Patch is. She teleports onto a small boat, but without realizing that the time vortex was not finished, both Logan, Judd and Lady gets transported to Guernica and Spanish Civil war. Logan and Judd gets attacked by a Stuka and Logan grabs a sword and flings it into the cockpit, needless to say, killing the pilot. Lady Deathstrike materializes on the other side with the Nazis.

Judd gets hurt by a bomb dropped from a plane. Judd is gravely in need of medical attention.
Lady Deathstrike joins the Nazis in lthe search for Logan and Judd (Puck). Since they are back in the past, the dangers are that history will change accordingly to what Lady Deathstrike, Logan and Judd do.
Logan's group is trapped by Lady Deathstrike and the Nazis. Logan has no other option but to don his Woverine costume and go out on a full attack against the nazis.
Lady Deathstrike decides to join the fray.

Wolverine is trapped in time (1937) and in the middle of the Spanish civil war. Judd (Puck) is injured and is being carried away to safety and Lady Deathstrike (Yuriko) finally enters the battleground. < BR> During the battle, another time vortex appears and pulls them into the middle of World War II. Ironic, that this was the mission that Yuriko's father does a kamikzaze run at an American battleship.

In Australia, Pierce is working on getting Lady Deathstrike back before she causes more damage in the time stream. Pierce is also working a a little suprise for Logan, a little girl cyborg.

The vortex finally brings them back to the current timeline and into Vancouver's harbor.

Guest appearance, Storm from Uncanny X-men.

Storm is investigating the Wanted pictures of Logan. A little girl named Elsie Dee, and her friend Albert (robot) has been impersonating Wolverine and creating a disturbance in the area. They have been looting the Los Angeles area.
The real Wolverine finally catches up with Albert. Wolverine realizes that the fake is just a robot . Wolverine takes care of Albert by slicing and dicing his circuits. Seeing that Albert was falling apart, Elsie creates a diversion. She starts a fire in the warehouse and calls for help and Logan comes a running.

Logan rushes into the building to save Elsie Dee despite of the fire. The fire starts to takes his toll on Logan. He hair on his body is burned off, blisters starting to appear, finally reaches Elsie Dee. Seeing that Logan had tried so hard to save her, she changes her mind. She tells him that she is really an android and is trying hard prevent her detonation program from executing and to kill Logan.

Albert (Logan look-a-like robot) goes to a Radio Hut (the same as Radio Shack) and hacks through the federal government labratory to rind the deactivation code for Elsie Dee's detonation program. Albert was able to transmit the code to Elsee before the lcoal police shots Albert.

Back in Salem Center, Logan asked Forge to examine Elsee Dee. Forge is worried about her condition and that she had a lot of C-13 explosives inside her body. There was no way he can disarm the explosives.

In Venice, CA the FBI had put the remains of Albert in a storage room. Albert had used their old equpiment and had upgraded himself. he free's himself and looks to find Elsie Dee. Albert breaks into a army base and steals a B2 Stealth bomber. locate Elsie Dee. While he is doing this, in New York City's Bronx.

Albert finds Elsie Dee and Logan. They start to battle until Elsie gets mad at Albert. They stop fighting. Suddendly a group fo fighter plans attack the Stealth bomber and Elsie Dee ejects Logan from the ejection seat before the Stealth crashes into the Hudson bay.
