Errusiera Alaskan Bai: errusiarrak izan ziren Alaska kolonizatzen lehenak, eta 1867. urtean EEBBei saldu zieten lurraldea. Hala ere, errusiarren aztarnarik bada oraindik han. Batez ere, Alaska hegoaldean, erlijio ortodoxoa bizirik dago, eta oraindik beren ama-hizkuntza errusiera duten jende zaharra geratzen da. Adibide gisa, Ninilchik eskualdean erabili izan diren izen batzuk dauzkagu hemen, Wayne Leman han jaiotakoak guri utziak. Ikus, nola ez, Inuit orria, benetako natiboen berri izateko. |

Russian in Alaska The first settlers and colonizers of Alaska were the Russian, of course. In 1867 they sold the territory to the US, but, yet, there is a russian legacy in Alaska, mainly in the form of the orthodox religion. Nevertheless, there are old people native speakers of Russian yet. Here we have a small set of placenames (as an example), from the Ninilchik peninsula of Alaska, courtesy of Wayne Leman, who was born there.
