SIGMA GAMMA RHO SORORITY,INC. was born at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1922 (76 GLORIOUS years!!!). Our organization was founded by Seven bluetiful Black women who believed in high scholarship and service to our communities. And through the thousands of sorors worldwide, their Legacy continues....

Xi Rho Chapter was Charter on the campus of UC Riverside in the Spring of 1996 by nine women (including myself!!).
