| Hi, my name is David Carroll. I have been a deputy with the Pike County, Missouri Sheriff's Department for 16 years. I am assigned to the patrol division after working the communication & detention division for 11 and a half years. I have other functions to be performed as well upon request of the sheriff. Pike County is 660 square mile's and has a population of 18000 people. We have 8 deputies plus the sheriff. We also have 17 jail & communications officers that include one more commissioned deputy. I have been collecting patches since I was 13 years old. I am now narrowing it down to just Missouri, state agencies, federal, DOD & Military Police, US Tribal and Royal Canadian Mounted Police patches. I have a wide selection of patches to trade.
