I will set-up a re-direct to the newly formatted web page/domain name when it is complete.
Microsoft's Front Page web editing program will make it easier to update and produce better looking pages that are more funtional.
The new web hosting company will allow people to retrieve information through autoresponders such as prices for clothing etc. and contact others with the same interests. We will have our own message board so it will be easier for people to read and leave messages. It will have subscribable maillists where people can join on their own.
And.. We no longer will have to put up with Geocities. I will leave some things on this site but it will be minimal.
More on this later....
We may link previous STC newsletters to the page. The current newsletter should be for STC members.

The Syracuse University Noontime Running League: please note the qualifications to use the facility
Starting November 5th we will meet Thursdays at 5:45 pm at the first parking lot on your left just north of Henninger High School. By clicking here you will view a map that shows the parking lot (indicated as an H), and the route generally taken (tags 1-6). The workouts usually consist of either a 7-8 mile run with pick-ups, shorter speed drills near the Sedgewick area and/or short hill repeats in Schiller Park. We all stay together as a group to accommodate many levels of ability. The area has minimal problems with traffic but bring reflective clothing for added safety.
We also meet on alternate Saturday mornings for the "Change of Pace Runs"at the Change of Pace bar/restaurant at 1802 Grant Blvd starting January 9th through March 13th. The course runs through the north side of syracuse for about 6 miles or as far as you like. Meet for pizza, wings and drink upon return. $3.50 covers the cost.
Track workouts will not be conducted outside till spring. We may have
access to manley fieldhouse. Contact Rick
Cleary for details. , Track workouts were being held Tuesday
nights at the Henniger High School Track at 5:45pm. During
the spring and fall, (check for updates as we are flexible) we meet
at Coyne Field, just east of Manley Field House. Workouts
generally start during the week of Daylight Savings Time - April 5th
