Change your Colours! The colours you wear say a lot about your personality than you think. So if you want to lighten up .... brighten up! How are you feeling? Full of life, creative and confident enough to take on the world? Chances are you are wearing something RED. And if you are feeling indifferent, perhaps even depressed, you are probably dressed in BLACK.

People normally pick their favourite colours based upon experiences they had as children, normally between ages of seven and ten. We tend to wear colours that help us through our lives unconsciously. It is interesting to take note of what tones you prefer and watch how you gravitate to certain colours and combinations as your moods change.
If you are depressed, as general rule you should avoid browns, dark blues, blacks and other dark colours as they intensify negative energy surrounding you. However, there are exceptions, dark blue, for example, says "I`m the boss". You are the person who knows who you are and where you are going!
Bright colours always make you feel happier! As they carry higher frequecency energy vibrations to the optic nerves for both wearer and viewer. Wearing the right colours can aid, encourage, strenghten and support you. On your darkest days wear your brightest colours.
The colour WHITE - Clears your psyche of old thoughts and stimulate growth and abundance, so wear it when you`re looking for energy and stimulation. It creates an atmosphere for new ideas and inner clarity.

It protects your emotions and helps alleviate stress. Blue slows the body`s activity and stimulates the mind, causing blood pressure to fall and the heart rate and breathing to slow, making you calm.
The colour - YELLOW - An excellent colour to wear when you`re feeling down. Yellow stimulates your desires and prevents depression. It is also good for communicating, so wear it when you want to sell yourself and your skills. It is cheery and suggestive.
