In the name of God amen the 16th day of December in the year of our Lord God 1546 I Robert Ives of "Aynowe" sick in my body but of perfect memory make this my last will and testament as followeth;

First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God, our Lady Saint Mary and to all the holy company of heaven and my body to be buried in the churchyard of Saint Michael of Aynho
