He regularly locks horns with his boss, Eddie McMasters, who is young and ambitious and thinks Mancuso doesn't follow the rules. Mancuso doesn't. Mancuso's has as his secretary Jean St. John, who understands him better than anyone else. His other associates ars Dr. Paul Summers, forensics, who is also a friend away from the job, and lawyer Kristen Carter, a liaison between the Justice Department and FBI.
