This Season's Fabrics
The fabrics for Spring are light and free flowing for the outdoors. Gauze and challis are available in beautiful floral prints. For those of us who are a little modest and need some weight to our fabrics can try georgette and light crepe. All these fabrics come in lovely spring-time prints and colors. Look for them in your local shopping malls and fabric stores. Casual days at the office this season are no longer restricted to jeans and slacks. Eye pleasing shift dresses can be casual and comfortable yet give a professional appearance as well.

Your author's name is Rickella del Rosario Thomas -- friends call me Kelly -- and I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I learned to sew at a very early age and have tried to keep up with the latest styles. I try not to be too trendy with my garment choices, and will always believe that the "classics", when properly constructed, will last and last. I will make minor updates to my web page once per week; major changes, of course, will take place with the seasonal changes. I hope you enjoy my contribution to the World Wide Web and would love to hear your comments and suggestions at
