Loved the pictures and information. We have an opportunity to "rescue" 2 males (Andy & Jack). I am glad to know that setters really need to be in pairs!

Your story touched my heart, as I too love the English Setter. I have 2 labs at the moment and I await the day I will be able to get another set of setters.
Q-dog and JoAnne - 09/07/00 15:16:08
On Sept.3 2000 we found a stray pup playing at the fence with our shepherd/rot mix 3 y/o dog (who we rescued after she was abandoned by our neighbors). This new puppy was skin and bones. The temp was 108 F,and we knew she was a goner if we did not take he in. We took her to the vet. who seems to think she is an English Setter. The Dr. thinks she is about 4 months old, although she only weighs, 11.5 lbs. She's been treated for worms and intestinal bacteria. Her diarrhea has stopped and she is putting on so e weight. And she is a bright, little hell raiser.

Hi! Was visiting your site looking for dog graphics (navigation bars in particular) for my web site. We are raising a male German Shepherd for the Seeing Eye. His name is Bjorn, and he is very impressed with Spice. Is she spoken for? Of course, it is up to the Seeing Eye whether he will be a working guide dog or used for the breeding program. So, he'll have to remain single for now.

Wow! I fell into your site from Petsburgh, met some nice English Setters, then I met a beautiful Spice Girl, and then I found her ICQ Plus skin and put that on my contact list! What a great 30 minutes! ;-) Keep up the good work with rescue, give Spice a hug from a GSD person and hug the Setters for me, too. I really enjoyed meeting all of them and seeing your great graphics. (I had to wait until I was 28 for my first GSD who I just lost! That was long enough of a wait for me! Aren't they great?) I currently own one *purchased* GSD male and a rescue GSD girl.

Am very much enjoying your web site; wish I could be so creative. If I use any clips from your web site, I should cut and paste your logo and address in--right? html stuff is still mush in my brain. Looked at a beginning tutorial and still felt I needed an interpreter. Have bookmarked your site, and when and if I can figure out what to do, I may take up your kind offer to use some clips, etc. We are--once and maybe never again--traveling to UK in May 2000. Used geocities site to ask for just email from experienced travelers to UK or residents of UK. You know, as opposed to travel books with their ****star restaurants, etc. Where would people who know eat in or around Bath? And, that sort of thing. I do hope someone will answer although I am not too clear on how or why anyone would find my web site. Your's is lots of fun and has neat stuff(as the kids say)but unless "cut and paste" would co er it, I will never get to where you are.

Hey Spice! We are Dave's cats and love it here in the States although Dave doesn't let us outside as much as we would like due to our bad habit of eating grass and the throwing up on the carpet later in the day. Don't know why that bothers him - doesn't us. Have a nice day and give "Jumbles" a nice wet lick for us. Sam & Speedy

Spice -- You are very handsome! I'm Tasha and am the apple of my dad's eye. I'm a 10 year old GSD, but sadly I am suffering with hip dysplasia. But other than that I'm in fine shape, well fed and well loved. I live with my humans and 3 other dogs in Texas Be well and have a great life. (PS - My dad's currently working on a web page for us as well. But he's a little slow.)

Thanks for the tutorials.Ihave print some out.OOPS I should have asked first. Sorry.I noticed that you had a tutorial for background using PSP4. I have 5.03,why I don't know I am not very good with it.LOL. I can't understand why you have to start with a small image with paste it to a larger image. why not start with the big one to began with? Duh? I realy like your mother's site. In fact i have a link to it on mine. I would like to put your up too. If that's okay. All I have are links to what I think are must see sites.I am hoping that one day soon and can learn html better and PSP.Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.

LOve these dog pages. We have three pedigrees--english setter, brittany, shih-tzu. All three are spoiled rotten, and the shih-tzu is the leader--the smallest dog, and the most obnoxious!
