TbDBF is a component that let's you access dBase III+ files without BDE (Borland Database Engine). You could use all the data aware components. This version supports single user access, without memo fields, and without indexes.
Only works on Delphi 3,4 and C++ Builder 3. It is freeware for non commercial use only. If you want to include it in any commercial software (included shareware) you must register.
The C++ Builder version included in the demo file is the version 0.95 (without memo field support).
The registration fee for TbDBF is USD 20.-
