Forum claim to fame: Fame? Not me. I just observe, listen, marvel at the depth of some of the discussions, laugh at the silliness of some other discussions, and occasionally toss in my 2 cents.
Single little red hen (I'll do it myself!), taking care of 2 horses, a dog, and a cat. Have been a Highlander fan since 1st season (didn't see the movie till much later). Have recently "discovered" fanfic and am rapidly becomming addicted. Loved Highlander but (don't shoot please!) love Raven even more. Can't help but be charmed by Amanda's insouciance. But Nick needs someone standing in his corner right now, providing backup, so here I am.
Claims to fame: In 1970, I was the first woman disk jockey in El Paso. It was a pretty big deal at the time, newspaper coverage and all. My 15 minutes of fame--HaHa. I later moved into the L.A. radio market, working with a variety of interesting and well-known TV and Radio personalities.
Forum Claim to Fame: writing HL reviews for the HAM page (please check it out) and posting my first Fanfic story (on Athos' page). I love anything HL, especially if it has to do with Adrian. I am also a big Methos and Joe fan. I love the camaraderie that I have found with the forumlanders. I think they are the finest people in the world...it also doesn't hurt that they share my HL obsession!
I am 43 years old and have two children, a son who is 16 and a daughter who is 12. We have 2 dogs, a mixed terrier named Lassie who is 'devoted' to my daughter and a blonde cocker-spaniel named Shelby with an eating disorder. In addition to being a wife and mother, I am a freelance writer. Oh, and one more thing I should mention...I am married to OLD BRANDY, who is the forum's resident lurker!

I'm 40ish and own an antique mall (rent space to 22 antique dealers). Married with 3 teens. Work 7 days/week at store then go home and work some more (not a workaholic, just busy). Duncan's my favorite but I do enjoy the rest. Never been to a con (no money or time to travel). But I would love to meet any or all HL/HLF people.
I would dearly like to be listed as a Dr. Anne fan (no, I'm not kidding,
I REALLY like her).
Babette of Paris

A seeker of truth and gentleness in men. A Single mom with a 12 year-old actress. My dream to have my screenplay sold to Mel Gibson. Another beautiful man.
I am single - work for a living (darn it) - my only "kids" are a very
large dog and a small feisty cat and I adore AP and PW

Proposed on the forum that during the G5 breakfast the arid climate in Denver was the reason Adrian was chewing gum. I get dehydrated and chew gum before a presentation. Why should he be any different? Got "dressed down" by security at G5 for having a conversation with Adrian during which I got to see a real million megawatt smile up close and watch him throw back his head and laugh in genuine amusement. Security "escorted" me from the PEACE room after Adrian had finished talking to me then lowered the boom. Security be d**med I'll do the same every chance I get. Saw "Endgame" at the theater 12 times.
Wife for 18+ years mother of 2, assorted dogs, cats, hamsters, fish and horses. My SO thinks I'm crazy because of my interest in the men of the Highlander Universe. I'm a DEVOTED Highlander fan since the first movie premired and even saw the revival years later at local theaters. I'm a major DUNCAN/ADRIAN PAUL fan. I'm almost as bad about Methos/Peter. I'll see anything with Jim or Stan in it and buy anything Jim records. I think Valentine's talent is vastly underrated as is that of all the Highlander actors. I'll always mourn Connor and I'll always love Christophe and see any film with him in it.

After finally heeding the pleadings of my 15y.o. son, I got hooked on Highlander. Now I go home and bore him w/ all the tidbits of info and opinions I get out of the Forum!!! Kharma works!
I am 42, divorced (happily), a gamer, a Mother, a bitch, a lover, a friend, in short a modern - day wench. I fell in love with the divinely gorgeous Peter Wingfield on first sight. He makes such a nice fantasy. My GM is even going to include him in our ongoing storyline for Saturday night gaming. Care to guess what I'll be doing with our lovely fella ?

Hmmm, I like to read, and of course watch Highlander. I also like to dream about finding things in the dirt that shed light on the distant past. (Archaeology is my current passion.) I also do distance running, which comes in handy when I am late for classes...and that happens a lot.

Right now I have no clan and no forum acheivments because I am a die-hard lurker who has only recently posted anything. I guess I've been lurking since January or Febuary, but I'm not sure. I am a 22 year old student at Southwest Texas State U studying physical therapy. I'm only 4"9, but I've been in Tae Kwon Do for almost 6 years now, so it balances everything out nicely. Unfortunately, I still get carded for rated R movies if I don't wear makeup. Intrests other than Highlander include: writing, reading, going clubbing, and making a general nuisance of myself in my spare time- of course, as a student, I have no spare time. :) Ain't life grand!

I am a college student who spends all of her spare time either watching Highlander or on the net discussing Highlander! Methos is my most favorite immie. He's so gorgeous! Of course I love Duncan too! I've been a fan since 1995 and recently joined the likes of most of you at the Highlander Forum. Highlander will also have a special place in my heart, even after it's gone. Hope those movies keep coming! Long Live Methos!
I am 32, married and the mother of two boys. My oldest boy (4) is already a Highlander fan. I am the only "serious" Highlander fan in my family so I really appreciate the Forum.

No claim to fame; but many thanks to all Forumlanders!
I am 60+, married 40+, one son, retired legal secretary. Finding Highlander (TS), Adrian Paul, and especially this Forum brought me back from the brink of mental stagnation and dragged me into internet world where I once again have to use the old grey cells! Thanks and PEACE!

I am 25 (almost) and married. I have two wolf-like companion animals that think they are my children when they are really just dogs(truly). There can be only one....and Duncan MacLeod is it (not that I want anything unfortunate to happen to Methos since he runs a very close second).
