Kai Chen is one of the new holders of the Power Ranger powers. Kai's designated color is blue, and commands the Gorilla Galacta Zord. His weapons include the Quasar Sabre and the Transdagger. Kai is almost like a trained army person. He does what he suppose to and does it perfectly like everything should. He always tries to follow the rules to the full extent and makes sure everyone does their job correctly. Kai is very good friends Kendrix and tries to protect her from harms way.

Straight-laced, sensible and ambitious, Kai is the classic over-achiever. Having been brought up in a strict military family, he always does things by the book and likes everything in its place. However, his orderly world is turned upside down when he becomes the Blue Ranger. Now he must learn that sometimes rules are meant to be broken when it comes to saving the Universe.
