Roman Stripe
or Sunshine and Shadows
This is a little Amish "Roman Stripe" (sometimes called "Sunshine and Shadows) quilt I made a long time ago and still enjoy it. I just pin it up on the wall with some pretty straight pins. The colors in this scan aren't quite "right" but you get the idea.
I am trying something new. I have had a lot of foundation piecers say they like the patterns when the seam line extends into the seam allowance. I am trying that on this pattern with the blue lines that extend into the seam allowance. I hope it helps your accuracy.
